We offer premium, hand harvested, altitude Arabica Pluma Coffee treated and dried under the warm Oaxacan sun to the optimum 11% moisture content. Currently, our products are available wholesale. We will be offering retail purchases soon. Please check back for updates.

Furthermore, we offer our very own “Honey Coffee” in limited quantities. This variety bypasses initial wash and proceeds to fermentation for up to 48 hours followed by drying. The resulting product highlights flavors and aromas not normally associated with coffee, lost in traditional processing. Other varieties of coffee are available as well as specialty processing on demand.

Coming soon we will delight our select clients with small batches of high quality cocoa and vanilla beans, and other farm delicacies grown and harvested in our farm with the same sustainable organic methods applied to our coffee.
