We offer premium, hand harvested, altitude Arabica Pluma Coffee treated and dried under the warm Oaxacan sun to the optimum 11% moisture content.

Furthermore, we offer our very own “Honey Coffee” in limited quantities. This variety bypasses initial wash and proceeds to fermentation for up to 48 hours followed by drying. The resulting product highlights subtle flavors and aromas, normally lost in traditional processing. Other varieties of coffee are available as well as specialty processing on demand.

We also harvest organic artisanal honey in small batches from the same bees that pollinate our coffee trees and other wild flowers of the surrounding rainforest.

Currently, our products are available through our store online for purchase in Mexico only. We also offer our products wholesale and will produce special batches to our clients requirements.
